 Thank you for considering me for your mental health counseling needs. I look forward to meeting you and in collaboratively developing a positive therapeutic experience to assist you on your journey toward healing, self-discovery, self-actualization, and mental health wellness. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I have experience in working with adolescents, adults, and older adults. I have provided assessment and treatment for a number of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, personality disorders, cognitive disorders, and the like.

My services are centered in 'systems theory' or 'family systems'. This means I view each and every individual as belonging to a larger 'system' or support system. I believe that any change in the individual / family / system inevitably creates change with all connected.

I have served as a clinical supervisor to a variety of counselors working through their internships and/ or seeking licensure. I am open and able to provide supervision to counsellors seeking post-graduate supervision towards licensure in the state of Colorado to include LPC, CAC, and Licensed Psychologist.
